Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Webnity Id platform, products, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after such changes signifies your acceptance.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account via our secure authentication system. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you will maintain the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any unauthorized access.

3. Nits Currency & Billing

"Nits" are the primary virtual currency used within the Webnity Id ecosystem. Nits can be purchased with real currency or earned through marketplace sales.

• Purchases: All purchases of Nits are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Conversion: Purchased Nits cannot be converted back to real currency. Only "Earned" Nits from marketplace sales may be withdrawn.
• Expiration: Nits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

4. Marketplace Transactions & Fees

Webnity Id provides an open marketplace for website templates and assets.

• Split: We apply a 70/30 split logic. Sellers receive 70% of the transaction value in "Earned Nits," while the platform retains 30% for infrastructure maintenance.
• Quality: Creators are responsible for the quality, licensing, and support of their listed items. Webnity Id is not liable for issues arising from third-party templates.
• Disputes: Any disputes regarding marketplace purchases must be initiated within 14 days of the transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create and host on Webnity Id. However, by publishing content to the Marketplace, you grant Webnity Id a non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to host, display, and distribute that content to other users who purchase it. You must own or have the rights to use all assets included in your projects.

6. Acceptable Use & Termination

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purpose, to violate any intellectual property rights, or to host malicious content (malware, phishing, etc.). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these standards or our safety policies without prior notice and without refund of any remaining Nits.

7. Limitation of Liability

Webnity Id is provided "as is" and "as available." In no event shall Webnity Id be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.
